Your journey is led by two experienced local skippers who know the Douro intimately and share a genuine passion for its stories and landscapes. The route covers over 20 kilometres, sailing between Marina do Freixo and the Atlantic Ocean, revealing the river’s unique character as it flows from the historic city centre towards the open sea.
